Bell, Temple follows the guidelines set by the Law Society of Upper Canada when conducting interviews for articling positions in Toronto. All articling applications submitted are reviewed by the firm's Articling Committee, and those applicants who are granted an interview will meet with one of the Committee members.

At the conclusion of the interview, an articling candidate may be introduced to other members of the firm or may be given a quick tour of the office. Bell, Temple also hosts a cocktail party for all articling candidates, which allows candidates to meet and socialize with all of our lawyers and students. Given these opportunities for both the candidate and the firm to have a "second look" at each other, the Articling Committee does not conduct second interviews.
