Trevor Tynan started at Bell, Temple as an articling student, and was then hired back to join the firm as an Associate.  He has a broad, general litigation practice and has represented insurers at Small Claims Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.  He focuses his work in the areas of tort motor vehicle claims, subrogation, property claims (Water and Fire Loss), construction and occupiers' liability claims.
