Katherine Kolnhofer is a Partner at Bell, Temple and also articled with the firm. She was admitted into the Partnership in 2005, and is a tough and determined litigator with a meticulous attention to detail. She has been an effective advocate for her clients at all levels of court, arbitrations and tribunals, and has appeared regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Katherine provides a wide spectrum of litigation services to her clients, but specializes in Accident Benefits, Priority/Loss Transfer and tort motor vehicle claims. She is Co-Chair of the firm's Accident Benefits Group, and has given presentations and in-house seminars to insurers about changes in the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and related legal developments.
