“My clients, whether large national insurers or smaller, localized mutual companies, expect me to provide timely and useful advice on complex issues. It is my intent to exceed that expectation and ensure that my clients get practical and cost-effective guidance they need to move a claim toward a successful resolution; whether by settlement or in the courtroom.”
Kendall joined Bell Temple after articling at a respected litigation firm in London, Ontario. Since joining the firm, he has consistently achieved superior results for his clients; both inside the courtroom and out. As a result of his steady success, he was made a partner in 2017.
Kendall focuses his practice on tort claims of all nature, including motor vehicle, property (water and fire loss), subrogated claims, product liability, occupier’s liability and social/commercial host claims, as well as first party/coverage work for national insurers. He has jury and non-jury trial experience and actively ensures that each file in his carriage is trial-ready.
With a family farming background, Kendall prides himself on bringing the resources of Bell Temple to his work on behalf of mutual insurers throughout rural Ontario.
Kendall is regularly asked to speak at industry events and continues to attend frequently on matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Kendall is also scheduled to be called to the bar in Nova Scotia in June 2026 and looks forward to expanding his practice throughout the Maritimes.
