Kendall Cumming is an Associate and joined Bell, Temple in July 2008, after his Call to the Bar. Since joining the firm, he has focused his work on tort motor vehicle claims, property claims (Water and Fire Loss), product liability and occupiers' liability. He regularly attends at court and has represented clients at Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice.
