Hugh Brown is a Partner at Bell, Temple and joined the firm after his Call to the Bar. He is widely recognized as one of the leading defence trial lawyers across the province, and has an exemplary record of success in over 100 trials. He is a tough and determined litigator, with an uncanny ability to relate to juries. His cross-examination technique is known for its incisiveness. He regularly argues trials, motions, applications, etc. in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has also represented his clients at the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.
