Frank Kosturik is a Partner at Bell, Temple and also articled with the firm. He is a determined litigator with a meticulous attention to detail, and prides himself on providing exceptional service to his clients. He takes a proactive approach to litigation, and is therefore able to obtain efficient and expeditious outcomes for even the most complex files. For those matters that proceed to trial, Frank is undaunted in the courtroom and a vigorous advocate on behalf of his clients.

Frank has represented insurers and their policyholders at all levels of court in Ontario, including having conducted dozens of jury and non-jury trials in the Superior Court of Justice. While he has a broad personal injury and commercial litigation practice, he specializes in the areas of tort motor vehicle claims, occupiers' liability, product liability, restaurant/tavern liability, as well as property claims (Water and Fire Loss).

Frank has also written papers and given presentations to various legal conferences, including in-house seminars for insurers and clients.
