Don Cormack is a Senior Partner at the firm, and has been with Bell, Temple since he articled.  He has built a career on successfully representing insurers at all levels of court, arbitrations and tribunals.  He has appeared regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as in written Responses to Leave Applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.   

Don has earned a reputation as a tough, vigorous, technical and highly imaginative litigator, who is well respected by both the Bench and his peers.  He has conducted over 150 trials, and regularly handles multi-million dollar and highly complex claims.  He is Co-Chair of the firm's Accident Benefits Group, as well as Chair of the Appellate Advocacy Group. 

Don provides a wide spectrum of litigation services to his clients, and specializes in defending insurers in claims involving tort motor vehicle accidents, Accident Benefits, Priority/Loss Transfer, UMC and 44R claims, fatality claims, structured settlements, occupiers' liability, coverage opinions and Appeal matters.
