David Tompkins is a Partner at Bell, Temple and has been with the firm since his Call to the Bar. He is an innovative and astute litigator, with a remarkable ability to grasp the intricacies of even the most complex and technical claims. He regularly handles multi-million dollar claims involving commercial litigation and personal injury matters, and has a long record of success in the courtroom. He has represented his clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario.

David provides a wide variety of litigation services to his commercial, insurance and construction clients, and specializes in property claims (Water and Fire Loss), product liability, tort motor vehicle accidents, UMC and 44R claims, construction claims, coverage opinions, occupiers' liability and Appeal matters. He is also Co-Chair of the firm's Property/Subrogation Group.
