Brian Lucas is a Partner at Bell, Temple and joined the firm after his Call to the Bar. He has spent his legal career as a civil litigator, primarily representing insurers in all types of claims, from personal injury to commercial matters. He prides himself on being an effective advocate who provides exceptional service to his clients. He has regularly attended at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, and has a strong record of success. His practice is focused in the areas of motor vehicle claims, product liability, occupiers' liability, Municipal liability and property claims.
