Bahareh Kazemi is an Associate at Bell, Temple, and also articled with the firm. She has a busy, growing litigation practice and regularly attends at Small Claims Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Her work is focused on defending insurers in the areas of tort motor vehicle claims, subrogation, occupiers' liability and restaurant/tavern liability.
