Ann Mitchell is an Associate at Bell, Temple and has been with the firm since 1999. Her previous career in nursing, as well as her medical knowledge and experience in health care, are invaluable assets to the firm's Medical Malpractice - Health Disciplines Group. She regularly handles Pro Bono calls from health practitioners and health care providers, and represents clients in civil actions and in disciplinary matters before the governing Colleges or the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.

Ann also works in other areas of the firm's litigation practice, using her medical expertise in claims involving serious injuries resulting from tort motor vehicle accidents and occupiers' liability.
